FLAX (Foreign Local Artistic Exchange) is a base for cultural networking and collaboration, aiming at bringing newly arrived artists - many of them from Syria - and established local artists together.
I covered their workshop at Akademie der Künste in Berlin, with Norbert Bisky and Nasan Tur as mentors.
